We are spoilt for choice with this list of London based Tea Party Venues.

A tea party is the perfect way to celebrate in style, with the tastiest of spreads shared with the best of friends.

Here you can find details of cost, what’s included plus additional information that will help you to decide where to celebrate your child’s next birthday party!

We are Tea Party — One of London’s unique party venues. Our colourful & kitsch décor sets an exciting and vibrant mood for your loved one’s birthday party.

Our Tea Parties for children start at £24 per head.

We serve tea, delectable sandwiches, sumptuous scones, jam & clotted cream, and delightful cupcakes as part of our afternoon tea party. Our packages feature unlimited tea & lemonade, so you can keep the party going.

They happen between 12-1.30pm on weekends for ages 8-11 years old. They also require extra entertainment – ie an entertainer at an extra cost (esp when younger). The mum & dad stay, but the guests are dropped off by their parents.

Each tea party is a minimum of 12 guests & for children we recommend a maximum of around 20.

Our guests are welcome to bring a birthday cake and party bags. Booking is recommended well in advance!

Location – Kentish Town, London

Offering dressing up accessories from the 1920s and 30s , afternoon tea with cakes and a great deal of pink and flowers, Betty Blythe is a popular choice for little girls who love to dress up and take part in a grown up Tea Party.

A Party of Eight Guests £125.00 and Up to two additional guests £10.50 each.

There will be teapots with hot chocolate, to be drunk from pretty cups. The guests are invited to the table and given a delicate introduction to etiquette of Afternoon Tea and conversation, grace and decorum. Napkins, plates and flowers adorn the table. Mini sandwiches will be served on stands – a selection of cheese, ham, jam and cucumber. There will be a tempting array of pink wafer biscuits, popcorn and mini muffins. Tea will finish with mini cupcakes or you may wish to upgrade to large fairy or chocolate cupcakes or a birthday cake made to your requirements.

Open 7 days a week. Parents are welcome to stay upstairs (if available) to relax; food and drink can be purchased separately.

Betty Blythe also provide fabulous activities to keep the children entertained : Biscuit Decorating, Jewellery Making, Chocolate Cookery and Paint a Tea Set. We suggest one activity per party, all activities are appropriate to age and skill.

This party is suitable for children over the age of 5 and under the age of 11.

A unique hideaway in West Hampstead, described as magical and simply darling. A popular choice for children’s parties, hen tea parties, birthday celebrations and baby showers, and generally any girly gatherings.

Our Tea Parties start at £20 per child for ages 4 to 12.

The spread is made up of finger sandwiches, popcorn, mini chocolate brownies, apple or orange juice and a birthday cake. Included in the package is cupcake decorating (2 cupcakes per child) where they’ll be provided with an assortment of edible decorations!

Bake-a-boo are open 7 days a week with private functions running on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays.

We host for groups no larger than 12 children and there will need to be 2 adults present.

We would recommend that you have some games planned for the children as it’s great to have some activities after the cupcake decorating. If you would like us to arrange for the children to play “Pass the parcel” and do colouring we are happy to do so. This would be an extra charge of £5 per child.

Our guests are welcome to bring party bags. Booking is recommended well in advance.
